Making reservations by phone often requires that you leave a message as we spend a lot of time outside with the dogs, therefore, if you get our machine:
1. Leave your name and phone number.
2. The date you want to drop off, and the date you want to pick up.
Please let us know if it will be a morning or evening pick up or drop off.
3. Your dogs name & size.
4. We will call and confirm your reservation.
5. Please let us know if you are a new client.
By Email
If you are emailing, please include the same information required for phone reservations.
If I am off at a dog show, email may go a couple of days without an answer so if you need immediate boarding, confirm it with a phone call.
To expedite check in services you may print our check in sheets and bring them with you.
HOURS
You may pick up and drop off 365 days a year...
Yes, this does include Sundays and all holidays!
TOURS ARE AVAILABLE DURING THESE SAME HOURS...NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY.
Morning hours are from 7:30 to 11:30 A.M.
Evening hours are from 7:30 to 8:30 P.M.
We
will happily accommodate other hours in an emergency situation!
